Our Terms of Service in Plain English

By visiting or buying from our store, you agree to follow these rules and our Privacy Policy. They protect you and us, and they keep shopping fair and friendly. Our store runs on Shopify, but every purchase is made directly with us. We may update these rules from time to time, so please check back now and then. Continuing to use the store means you accept any changes.

Your Account and Orders

You need to be an adult in your region to use the store, and we ask you to keep your details accurate and up to date. Keep your login safe, because you're responsible for all activity on your account. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and it's confirmed only once we accept it and process your payment. Please check your cart carefully, as we may not be able to cancel after acceptance. These Terms and Conditions also say that purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale or export.

Pricing, Shipping and Customs

Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice, and the price in your order confirmation email is the one you pay. Published prices don't include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, ownership and risk pass to you. International buyers pay any import duties or taxes and should work with the carrier on customs, which usually takes 7 to 14 days.

Warranty, Returns and Product Details

Our Food Printers come with a two-year limited warranty on the main body, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Ink cartridges, edible ink and other supplies aren't covered. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Packaging and colours may look slightly different from the photos, but specifications and performance always match the descriptions on our website.

Using Our Website Responsibly

Our Website Terms of Service ask you to use the store lawfully and respectfully. Please don't copy our content, send spam, scrape data or try to break our security. These Terms of Use also protect our logos, text and images, which are for personal, non-commercial use only. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
